Airtel has announced a talk time of Rs 10 without any money, providing free incoming call facility to these customers. Earlier, state-run BSNL made such an announcement on Monday for its prepaid customers. Airtel has said that it will continue to provide incoming services till 17 April without any hindrance. Apart from this, low-income prepaid users will also get free talk time of Rs 10. Users will get benefits in the next 48 hours
According to Airtel, it has extended the validity of prepaid packs to more than 8 crore customers till 17 April 2020. The company has said that even if the validity of these customers' plans is over, they will continue to receive incoming calls on their Airtel mobile number. Apart from this, Airtel will add additional talk time of Rs 10 to prepaid accounts of 8 crore customers, which will enable them to call or send SMS. Airtel has confirmed that all these benefits will be available to customers in the next 48 hours.

This is the reason that Airtel is offering customers a minimum recharge plan of Rs 49 and 79.
